04/27/2019      Winchester Speedway

Viper Motorsports would head to the Winchester Speedway for one last stop to race at home before returning to the World of Outlaws. Kyle went out nearly last for time trials and timed in 5th quick for a front row starting spot in heat #2. Would run 2nd in the heat and advance to the redraw where one finally worked out for us and we would go from the pole. Kyle would lead all 35 laps for his 1st win of the 2019 season.

Next up for Team #36v, Cherokee and Lavonia Speedway’s with the World of Outlaws.

04/20/2019 Port Royal Speedway

Last night, Team 36v / Kyle Hardy traveled to the Port Royal Speedway to get some laps for the Outlaw show later this year when VMS and Toccoa both cancelled. 6th to 2nd in heat 3 and forced to start 9th due to a handicap penalty or whatever they call it. 25 lap feature went non-stop, had a really good ICON and drove to third. Would have loved to have seen a caution to give us a shot, but wasn't meant to be. We have been fast all year. Finally had a night where the bad luck charm didn't bite us and got some solid notes.

I want to thank everyone who is helping us day in and day out. It takes a mountain to maintain these things and get them ready for the next show and these guys deserve a bunch of credit; Kyle, Chaz, Cory, Tab and Mike. Tremendous hospitality from our partners at Pancho's Racing Products while we are in the North for a few weeks. Grateful and appreciative.

03/22/2019   Duck River Speedway (World of Outlaws)         and          03/23/2019   Smokey Mountain Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle had an ill handling car all weekend with a brake & 5th coil issue that we did not find until we were don’t with the weekend. Threw these 2 races away completely and put them as far out of mind as possible.

03/30/2019   Fayetteville Speedway  (Carolina Clash)
Kyle would set 3rd quick time from late in time trials, 2nd in heat #3 and was as high as 3rd in the feature from his 6th place starting spot, until an unnecessary crash occurred in turn 1 & 2 on a restart taking out half the field. Kyle would end up being DNF. Top 3 fast all night long.

04/05/2019   Farmers City Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle would time in 6th quick in his group, win the 3rd heat and redrew the 4th spot for the feature. Running inside the top 5 for most of the affair, Kyle would bring him a 6th place finish in the Farmers City opener.

04/06/2019   Farmers City Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle would time in 6th again in his group, run 4th in heat #2 and lined up 15th for the feature. Kyle would crack the top 10 before someone ran over his RR on a restart forcing Kyle to pit for a new tire. Kyle would tag the tail and recover to a 13th place finish in the Illini 100. Had a great all weekend, top 5 fast, just no luck at all.

February 9th – Screven Motor Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle clocked in 12th quick, ran 5th in heat 4 and won the 2nd Last Chance Showdown. From his 18th starting spot, he was challenging for 8th when he got plowed in the left side, bent a tie-rod and had to settle for an 11th place run.

February 10 - Well we wrapped up the first leg of Florida / Georgia Speedweeks with a runner-up finish at Screven Motor Speedway. Kyle started the night by winning Group B qualifying and heat #3. Drew the 3 for the feature, took 2nd from Covert and got to Shane's bumper, just could not find a way around. Congrats to the Shane Clanton on the win.

February 12th – Volusia Speedway (Dirt Car Late Models)
Kyle clocked in 8th quick in his group, ran 4th in his heat, lined up 16th in the feature and came home 21st in the A-Main.

February 13th – Volusia Speedway (Dirt Car Late Models)
RAIN

February 14th – Volusia Speedway (World Of Outlaws)
Kyle clocked in 11th in his group, 3rd in his heat and 17th in the A-Main.

February 15th – Volusia Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle clocked in 12th in his group, 3rd in his heat, had to pull off in the feature when an electrical issue pulled us pit-side with about 20 laps left in the feature.

February 16th – Volusia Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle clocked in 11th in his group, ran 4th in his heat, 3rd in the last chance showdown and used a provisional to start the feature in a learning secession for the team. Kyle ran a few laps and pulled off for a DNF.

February 17th – Volusia Speedway (World of Outlaws)
Kyle clocked in 11th in his group, ran 3rd in his heat to roll off 11th in the feature. Kyle was 9th at the halfway point and something hit the LR canister clamp and broke the LR shock, and Kyle had to hold onto a 15th place finish.

My wife and I want to thank Barry, Lance and the entire Barry Wright Race Cars operation. First Class. These ICON cars were spot on all weekend and ever since we put the first one on the track a week ago to test. Some of the greatest people that anyone could ever work with in motorsports.
